  • Receive AI-powered allergen analysis and reports
  • Download comprehensive allergen reports as PDFs

  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all allergen information
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of allergen reports
  • You should consult with food safety professionals and conduct proper allergen testing
  • Always follow applicable food safety regulations in your jurisdiction

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Remedy Retail and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the photographs and menu data you upload. By uploading content to our Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze this content solely for the purpose of providing allergen advice services to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

Remedy Retail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from allergen-related incidents or inaccurate allergen reports.
